Technical Director – Service Provider, ISP, Manage
London - Home Based
This leading Global Service Provider who specialise in providing managed connectivity and hosting solutions have an opening for a Technical Director to join their senior management team to provide inspirational and forward looking leadership to take an existing technical organisation and bring them to the next level of performance and effectiveness.
Reporting into the UK Managing Director the Technical Director is a member of the Senior Management Team and responsible for the pre-sales, delivery, second- and third-line technical support for customers as well as core network and data centre infrastructure.
Candidates must have:
A minimum of 7+ years experience in senior technical management roles with leading company, ideally within the network services market.
Experienced leader and motivator to drive multi-Team department
Gravitas and strong negotiating and influencing skills with the ability to build credibility levels with senior customers on a frequent basis.
Technical background in Networks or Hosting space.
Desired:
Working experience of ITIL
Educated to degree level
