One of the UK's leading developers is looking for a Technical Manager to join their Surrey office. The position is designed to progress from Technical Manager to Commercial Director so ambition and a proven record of career progression are essential for this role.

To be suitable for role of Technical Manager you will have extensive experience of the residential market preferably gained with a developer.

The role is to assist the Technical Director with the management of the technical function. You will report on all engineering, architectural and technical elements of the business and you will take direct responsibility for financial management of the projects.
