Technical Services Manager - Ecommerce/SaaS

After several years in the UK, this American headquartered e-commerce player, are gaining some serious traction in the UK, and have some exciting expansion plans for 2010. The team will be growing significantly across EMEA and as a result they are looking for a Technical Services Manager.
The role of the Technical Services Manager will be to lead a team of 10-15 Project Managers and Engineers. You will manage the implementation of my client’s software on client’s sites; initial kick off, client acceptance and ongoing support. In addition you will be responsible for the hiring, training and retaining of your team members. You will have budgetary responsibilities and have the pressure to ensure all SLA's are met.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in computer science or a related discipline. You will have;
• Excellent project Management skills
• Advanced Technical knowledge in CSS, HTML and javascript
• Client Relationship Management experience
• Experience leading a team of 10-15 engineers
• 5+ years in ecommerce solutions
