Technical Support Engineer - Russian Speaking
Hemel Hempstead - East Anglia
My client are a technology based company based in the Hemel Hempstead area. They are currently going through a sustained period of growth within their team and are recruiting for a Russian speaking Technical Support Engineer.
You will be working to provide efficient system technical support for end users, resellers and field support staff. You will respond to support requests within business SLA's, gather information required to investigate and troubleshoot problems.
This role requires experience gained in the SME market and you will need knowledge of the following:
- Practical hands on experience in Data Switching.
- Wireless routing technologies (LAN & WAN)
- Understanding of Data Communications.
- Physical layer LAN and WAN protocols.
- Wireless standards.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
- Hold a CCNA.
