A directory service provider is seeking a Telecentre Manager. This manager will set and achieve sales targets by the effective efforts of the sales team. They will be responsible for:
Planning and developing strategies for effective growth
Training and developing new and existing managers
Setting sales targets for sales campaigns and monitoring and controlling progress against targets
Establishing sales and management incentive schemes
Recruitment and training of sales staff
Maintaining standards and developing new procedures
The successful candidate will be a proven manager of telesales people and telesales managers.
