Telesales Account Manager / Team Leader OTE circa £50k (uncapped)
Based: Reading
The Telesales Account Manager / Team Leader will manage and develop the telephone sales team, promoting the company’s products and services to customers across Europe. The Telesales Account Manager / Team Leader will also take personal responsibility for key accounts through the complete sales cycle from initial contact to after-sales service.
Our client is the leading global provider of specialist software products used by financial professionals across a wide spectrum of industries and geographies.
The role of Telesales Account Manager / Team Leader is an ideal position for someone who has previous experience of running a team, or who is looking to make their first move into management.
A background in sales is required and experience gained in the IT, financial or software market would be advantageous. The successful Telesales Account Manager / Team Leader will have a passion for customer service, excellent communications skills (verbal and written) and previous account or project management experience.
The Telesales Account Manager / Team Leader will be a positive and energetic individual, both a team player and a team leader, with excellent negotiation skills.
