Territory Sales Manager / Account Manager
Cambridge - East Anglia
Our client is a World Leader in the orthopaedic market and is one of the world's largest medical device companies. They are now looking to recruit a Territory Sales Manager / Account Manager to work in the East Anglia for the Spine Surgery division.
They deliver results through a wide range of capabilities including joint replacements, trauma, spine and micro implant systems, orthobiologics, powered surgical instruments, surgical navigation systems, endoscopic products as well as patient handling and emergency medical equipment.
The Role - Territory Sales Manager / Account Manager - Trauma implants
+ Business development in both existing and new customer areas through sales and product support of a combination Trauma implants solutions.
+ Selling to the NHS and private hospitals within the defined area
+ To fully understand the product applications in relation to the UK healthcare market
+ Achievement of quarterly and annual sales objectives and targets
+ Attendance at meetings/workshops and exhibitions as required, which may include some out of hours working from time to time
The Candidate - Territory Sales Manager / Account Manager - Trauma implants
+ Previous sales experience.
+ Degree educated in either a Technical, Medical or Business discipline
+ Absolute determination to succeed.
+ Professional at all times.
+ Must be self motivated to drive ideas and business.
+ Enthusiastic learner.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills.
+ Able to build and maintain strong business & team relationships.
+ Good communication and presentation skills.
+ Computer literate in MS Office package.
The Package - £30k - £35k basic + Car + Pension + Bonus + Healthcare (OTE £65K)
