Test & Acceptance Manager

You will be responsible for delivering a joint operations centre to the customers requirements, verifying the full system to make sure it complies where needed and ensuring the customer is kept informed. The operations centre has field deployable sensors integrating back to a central command unit. This a a senior level role and candidates should have substantial experience in customer facing test and acceptance, within a defence environment.



Candidates should be able to give examples of the following skills:

- Requirements management tools - e.g. DOORS.

- Customer relationship management.

- Experience of test & acceptance management planning & procedures.



In addition, experience with the following is highly desirable:

- Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).

- System Acceptance Test (SAT) for static and deployable systems.

- Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT)

- In Service Support Acceptance

- Final Acceptance

- Issue resolution & conflict management



Attributes: Strong verbal and written communication, self motivated, good initiative. The candidate must be willing to travel, be a strong team leader and be familiar with over seas military deliveries.
