Are you currently a Senior Audit Manager looking for your first step up into a Directors role? Or are you maybe an Audit Director looking to become a Partner in a reputable firm? If so, this well known Top 20 firm in Milton Keynes which is rapidly growing and fast becoming one of the major accountancy practice firms in the UK, is looking for either an Audit Director or Partner to join its rapidly growing Audit & Assurance department and help to play a major part in winning new business and get involved with practice management.
To be considered for this role you must be working for a Top 50 accountancy firm, or at least a large independent firm in a role that is heavily audit and assurance based. You must have experience of business development, and also of managing teams, assisting with the running of a highly successful department, staff appraisals and other ad hoc duties. You must now have high ambitions to move up a grade from your current level, and be willing to carry out a challenging role to prove you should be promoted to your desired level.
This Top 20 firm with offices throughout the UK and abroad, has a history for promoting its staff from within, and also for having a good quality clients base and providing its staff with demanding roles, but also roles that are rewarding and highly enjoyable.
