Our client is an accountancy and business advisory practice providing innovative and practical advice to a quality client base ranging from start up businesses to those with turnover in excess of £100m.
Our client specialises in advising management buy-in teams, UK based businesses with aggressive growth plans or with shareholders aspiring to an exit as well as major subsidiaries of international PLC's, clearing banks, venture capitalists and other institutional clients.
We are looking to recruit a Director to join the Transaction Services team of this unique Professional Services firm.
You will be responsible for the production of due diligence reports on a broad range of assignments including acquisitions (corporate and Private Equity), vendor due diligence, IPOs and other fund-raising activities.
You will project manage assignments with responsibility for budgeting and planning, identifying transaction risk issues, key client interface and client management, reviewing the work of the assignment team and responsibility for the delivery of a high quality service/product, billing/cost recovery and junior staff development.
You will participate in various marketing initiatives and practice development activities and you will be required to develop and maintain your own network of contacts and display an awareness of sales opportunities.
You will be a qualified Accountant and will have significant Transaction Services experience.
You will have extensive Corporate Finance knowledge and due diligence experience.
