Transformation Leader

This role is with a global IT Services organisation. The Transformation Lead will be involved major large IT enabled business transformation projects, and will engage with the client at the earliest stages of the sales cycle, helping to shape how their strategy will be realised. Working with a small team, the role will involve: formulating the processes, people and technology; will be responsible for understanding the strategic imperatives and performance goals of the client, and translating them into a future operating model and transformation plan, supported by a compelling business case; plus establishing the transformation team and conduct communication and stakeholder management; and lead the detailed design of the solution, working closely with solution designers and project managers.

Candidates will have strong experience designing and delivery of large scale IT enabled business change projects from visioning to delivery; working with the client to ensure integrity of the business solution architectural design.
Candidates will have preferably deep consulting experience preferably backed up by industry experience; plus exposure to a range of sectors.

Candidates can be based either in the South East, Midlands or North West and mobility comes with the job.
