Transport Planning - Director / Equity Partner

One of my clients in the London area is currently looking for a business winning Director to join their company. They are a specialised consultancy working on projects from the pre-planning stage through to detailed design, allowing them to build strong client relationships and to take ownership of the projects.
As a Director of the business you will have a very strong background in Transport Planning and you will have the ability to bring work with you and generate more business. You will head a new team within the company and you will be responsible for their workload.
This position is financially rewarding and the right person will have equity in the business released to them in stages, with some released upon joining. A very generous salary will be included as well as a bonus related to the profitability of the business.
