Treasury Manager

This is a high profile role, offering an attractive package and good prospects.
Our client is a large corporation looking for a Treasury Manager.
You will be responsible for arranging funding and managing the finance documents for the companies bond programme and associated securitisation.
The role will involve providing leadership in all aspects of compliance and debt investor relations for treasury.
Managing relationship with key stakeholders: security trustee and rating agencies.
Coordinate and develop the provision of long range forecasting and analysis to enable senior management and investors to monitor the group's exposure to financial risks.
Develop risk management reporting tools to monitor the group's exposure to interest rates and inflation, ensuring compliance with internal treasury policies and financial covenants, provide lead treasury input into major capital projects.

The candidate should be ACT qualified or equivalent financial qualification or experience. They will also need to have significant knowledge of financial products and markets including money market and derivatives, risk management analysis, financial modelling techniques, UK bank market and financial institutions.
