UK Engineering Manager
Our client is a global leader established for over a hundred years, with a multi billion £ turnover within Engineering. They are looking for a UK Engineering Manager to be based in the Midlands office of multi-national organisation.
The Company
A Global Leader in Process Control, my client has an outstanding reputation and a market leading product that spans many industrial sectors.
The Role
This position will involve the management of a large team of up to 60 staff including Project Management, Engineering, Planning and associated staff.
You will be in charge of the training and development of your own staff, plus liaising with 3rd parties, tendering and budget control etc.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
+ A background in Control Systems Engineering – Automated Systems such as DCS, SCADA, PLC and Field Instrumentation
+ Exposure to industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical and Chemical
+ Experience of management, 40+ staff
The Package
The position will offer the right candidate:
- Competitive Salary up to £55k Basic
- 15% bonus
