UK Operations Director - HVAC Contractor

We are working with an HVAC Installation and maintenance Contractor to recruit a new UK Operations Director. They are looking to recruit following a period of reorganisation and some recent contract successes.

Our client is a division of a major global facilities services business and operates contracts both as part of the group and independently. Clients served are both private and public sector.

This is a challenging role and will be to take overall operational control of £15M+ worth of contracts across the UK. To succeed you will need strong man and client management experience coupled with first class knowledge of HVAC and Building Services management and delivery. Experience of corporate blue chip clients essential.

The hired candidate will need strong communication skills and the strength of character to work autonomously and win the respect of the current management and delivery team.

As Operations Director this role reports directly to the Managing Director and will form part of the business management board.

This is a national role and will be based from their London Head Office.
