About the client
My client is a highly successful MVNO, one of the World’s leading providers of high quality but lower cost mobile services to international customers.
About the role
Reporting to the UK Managing Director and working out of my client’s London HQ.
Organising and managing all aspects of UK operational activity, making sure that stock and service provision is of the highest quality and that all in-sourced and external relationships are correctly managed.
You will be responsible for key elements of the operational relationship with my client’s main carrier, a major international mobile operator.
Internally, you will manage relationships with the Carrier Team, Customer Services Team and Networks/IT, also working closely with various internal functions to ensure end to end provision of stock and materials. Controlling the provision of sales and marketing materials.
What we are looking for
An experienced operational professional from a telecommunications provider, ideally an MVNO, who can demonstrate a clear understanding of how MVNO/carrier relationships operate.
A pro-active, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who can seamlessly orchestrate all key operational elements of my client’s business. Project management experience would be useful.
Critically, you will be an articulate, persuasive and influential individual who can build strong relationships and drive constant improvements to operational processes.
