A global security business that specialises in helping organisations exchange digital information within a safe and protected environment
• Reporting to the UK MD, the Enterprise Sales Director will play a key role in managing and developing profitable sales within the Enterprise segment of the UK business. Additional emphasis will be placed on the management and motivation of the team members
• Drive the Major Account team to focus on new business and to drive strategic account management
• Create and establish contacts with potential clients and create opportunities where appropriate
• Develop and implement market strategies for the Major Accounts in line with the marketing department
• Develop customer orientated strategies and solutions in order to grow major account sales within the region
• Select and recruit the required calibre staff
• Provision of timely and accurate reports on a regular and adhoc basis as directed by the UK MD or Finance Team
• Attendance and presentation at relevant sales exhibitions and events

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Infrastructure Software selling new business into large enterprise clients. Consistently exceeds expectations and targets and frequently attends ‘Achievers’ Club event. This individual should be self motivated, focused and goal driven. They should be able to work as a team member and value the needs of the customer in balance with the needs of the business. They should have strong understanding of a solution sales methodology and be able to drive the team along a strategic sales path.
