CLIENT is a multinational provider of contingency and managed service HR/resourcing solutions with offices across 8 EMEA countries
Due to expansion, we require an experienced Recruitment Consultant, to ensure all vacancies are filled within the parameters of the client's SLA (service level agreements) around cycle time, quality, and cost:-
resourcing open slots - media advertising, web advertising, web-searching, networking, etc .
interviewing - screening candidates for client through CV screening, competency based interviewing, etc
client interview scheduling - logistics, travel, and candidate preparation
selection - facilitating objective decisions on candidate(s) of choice
offer management - negotiations, references, offer letter, contract, visas, etc
The ideal person must have/be:-
previous agency recruitment experience
Languages - minimum English, any others preferred
Customer service - proven ability to be pro-active and responsive to customers' needs
Communication - confident and articulate - written, verbal,telephone, and formal presentations
Degree in relevant business topic - ideally HR
IT literate - MS Office, email, web
