Validation Test Team Project Manager
Hertfordshire - East Anglia
Our Client based in Hertfordshire is a leading provider of RF/Wireless/3G test equipment and is seeking a proven Project Manager to carry out regression and validation of a large test team with immediate effect.
The successful candidate will have previously held a Project Manager or Team Lead position in a software test organisation, preferably within wireless communications.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
Responsible for the thorough testing of the software deliveries of LTE Single UE and Multi UE product lines
Understand current and future test requirements from different groups, feeds & customer specifications, ensuring these requirements are met within the specified time scales
Prepare Test Plans and manage test team resources to deal with the constant stream of work
Act as an interface between regression and validation, Engineering Teams and Project Managers for the various product lines
Capable and willing to manage the system level testing of several large software programs in parallel
Co-ordination and release of major, minor and patch software releases
Autonomously manage all software test development based on the delivery roadmaps of the programs.
