Vice President of Visual Merchandising

Leading international fashion retailer in a continued period of growth is searching for a Visual Merchandise Director to help develop the brand through their continued expansion plan. The business has a phenomenal record of success and has invested heavily into their new store development and layout.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Developing strategies to ensure seasonal product, window and in store applications are executed seamlessly throughout all stores.
Developing seasonal store experience goals in partnership with the Merchandising and Marketing teams.
Ensures all store experience initiatives are implemented consistently and in line with company expectations.
Manage and ensure consistent training and development for the Visual Team in order to develop brand strength.
Developing strategies in order to build merchandise presentation capabilities of internal VM team and external field organisation. Ensures merchandise presentation training is available at all levels.
To be considered in this role you will need to be a strong leader and have similar experience working with a large blue chip retailer with a strong visual merchandise background. Fluency in English is essential but knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage.
