RECRUITMENT BILLING DIRECTOR – LONDON

Established Search & Selection consultancy specialising in a range of financial sectors, highly regarded within the Front Office sector and Investment & Private Banking, recruitment seeks an experienced senior Manager.
This isn’t for a manager who wants to sit and preside over an empire but for a hands-on manager who can work both ‘on’ & ‘in’ the business. 60% of their business is retained search although they are happy to consider high end contingent candidates. The company is currently based susses with this their new office in London, you will be responsible for hiring along with coach and developing in a real team spirited company and you will work closely with the existing 2 Directors.

Operate with full P&L responsibility
Increase Headcount
Client facing (all senior managers regardless of location or level are hands-on in terms of strengthening client relationships.
Utilise your commercial awareness, strong business acumen and creative abilities in developing ideas from which the local and Asia Pac business can grow.
Work across all markets and assist all divisional staff in the development of their markets And much more

A creative thinker and doer with plenty of initiative and commercial awareness – an entrepreneur who is able to build upon a high performance business using your experience of running & developing a business.
Ideally you will come from a boutique style, quality driven operation as opposed to a large, high volume transactional business
Understanding / experience of a range of professional markets
A stable, steadily progressive career with founded reasons for changing roles
Successful proven track record
Must have energy, passion, drive & determination

PACKAGE: Basic salary depends on experience and skill base – estimate figure of circa £60k to £100k one of the best compensations packages around
