Marketing Manager

The client is an exceptional company in the global spirits arena. This business has one of the most revered portfolios of premium spirits and wine brands in the world. The client is also widely regarded as one of the most progressive, innovative and exciting companies in the alcohol sector.

As a result of their impressive growth they require a Marketing Manager to manage and maximise the performance of an exclusive super premium brand. Reporting to the Marketing Director you will develop strong, innovative and profitable brand plans to drive the awareness, reputation and commercial value of this brand whilst maintaining and enhancing the high level of current brand equity. You will deliver exceptional brand activities with particular focus on several global markets including Asia and Latin America. Furthermore you will motivate and develop a team of brand managers and marketing assistants through superb people management skills.

Candidates must provide a very strong background in FMCG brand/marketing management. Drinks sector knowledge is preferred but not a caveat of this opportunity. However tremendous commercial awareness, global market exposure, premium brand exposure, people management and an entrepreneurial and energetic approach are critical to success in these roles. Candidates will be based in London but prepared to undertake up to 30% International Travel.
