EXPERIENCED FRONT/ MIDDLE OFFICE BANKING RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – HONG KONG
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Recruitment consultant to join an international player to head up their own desk within a banking division in Hong Kong where the company has been established for a number of years with offices the UK, Middle East and USA.
The role will see you being responsible for heading up your own enterprise in an already established & successful operation. In the long term you will need to motivate, lead and grow the team. This company does not operate with KPI’s instead the recruiters are goal orientated and have financial targets which will need to be monitored and encouraged. The team predominantly works in a search & selection function in Hong Kong, recruiting at mid to senior level executives, for front and middle office banking personnel.
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. You will need to be an Experienced Senior banking recruiter
2. You must have an established track record of middle and back office billing
3. Ideally you will be a graduate, or the equivalent
4. You will be a good motivator and have team leader aspirations.
5. Your business development expertise will be reflected in your excellent billing figures.
6. Have gravitas to be able to sit in front of senior banking personnel both candidate and Client
PACKAGE
£35k - £40k depending on experience + comms.
