EXPERIENCED SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS – HONG KONG
This fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone to join an international player to head up their specialist banking division in Hong Kong. This fast growing, international company that works for leading financial warehouses, asset managers, banks, hedge funds, private equity houses, brokers, trade houses, pension funds, accountants, actuarials and insurance companies, but also appealing consulting agencies and energy enterprises expanding into the Asia Pac region, UK and Europe.
You will be responsible for bringing your own expertise to the party, heading up your own desk and building a successful team of like minded recruiters, motivating and leading them and growing the team in the long term. This company does not operate with KPI’s. Their consultants regularly bill HK$6million per year every year within investment banking, corporate banking, private banking, asset management, private equity, hedge funds, credit derivatives, wealth management etc.
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. You must be a specialist consultant in anyone of the investment banking verticals
2. You will need to be an Experienced Senior banking recruiter
3. Ideally you will be a graduate, or the equivalent
4. Be Sales focused leading up to being a good motivator and team leader.
5. Be excellent at business development and have good billing figures and able to prove them.
PACKAGE
Look to be earning £100K + comms in your first year
