LEGAL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – SINGAPORE & HONG KONG

The legal division is made up of recruitment industry experts and qualified solicitors and legal practitioners. The environment is very professional and the legal division has been successful in Hong Kong and is now looking to emulate that in Singapore.
The Role
Specialising in placing into the legal vertical, you will be working in an Executive Search function both retained and contingent. Ultimately how you run your desk is up to you, as the com but as a company currently they work on more contingent assignments than retained, but experience of executing and winning both are imperative.
Attributes, experience and Skills
1. You MUST have proven operational experience of the local market and be able to hit the group running
2. Ideally you will be Degree educated or the equivalent.
3. You Must be a Recruitment Consultant placing into the accountancy vertical.
4. You should have energy, passion, drive and enthusiasm to do the role & be dedicated to being the best.
5. Must be team orientated as well as able to work with responsibility and autonomy
6. You must be of a mature attitude with a professional image and attitude.
TRAINING/PROGRESSION
Training as and when required. There are also excellent career progression opportunities to senior consultant/team Leader/manager.
PACKAGE
Basic Salaries: $90K Singapore - £120K Singapore – depending on experience
Uncapped commission scheme. All the usual company benefits
