Essential Skills and Background -

+ Strong Man Manager
+ Proven experience within the light metals manufacturing industry
+ Experience of initiating, championing and leading continuous improvement projects
+ Degree qualified (or equivalent) essential ; post
+ Experience of managing cultural change
+ Dynamic
+ Self motivated
+ A natural leader
+ Eexcellent commercial awareness
