Senior Compliance Advisory Officer

They are looking for an individual who has comes from an Advisory position in a Investment Banking environment. The type of products the individual has experience in i.e. Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, is not critical, however a strong understanding of advisory and regulatory compliance is vital.


Key requirements to the role are:
- Evaluating compliance procedures and practices relevant to the business.
- Responding to incoming enquiries from the FCA and other regulatory stakeholders.
- Co-ordinating training and embedding knowledge of compliance policies and requirements.
- Ensuring Bank's systems and controls meet the regulatory standards
- Supporting the Head of Financial Markets Advisory Compliance

To be eligible for this role, you MUST have the following:

- Demonstrate strong regulatory compliance experience with a wealth of experience within an investment banking background.
- Knowledge and experience must include wholesale products and services.
- Experience of working in a legal, regulatory or consulting background.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
