Our client is a leading MandE FM service provider who are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a large London healthcare trust.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Director you will be responsible for the management of a senior engineering team which inc capital works projects, compliance, ppm, helpdesk, HR and an energy centre.

We are looking for a fully qualified engineer who has extensive client facing experience overseeing large complex PFI?s within the healthcare sector.

This role will involve developing and implementing strategic plans for maintaining and improving this long term contract with specific accountability for enhancing the service with particular emphasis on compliance, P L ownership, contract improvement and innovation.
