SERVICE MANAGER : SOUTH LONDON : Circa 40K
Service Manager Job based in South London. A specialist care provider that works in partnership with the NHS, local authorities and clinical commissioning groups is looking for a service manager for its service based in South London. The service caters for clients with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, Autism and complex care needs.

As the Service Manager you will be working closely with commissioning groups and specialist care professionals in implementing care plans to service users. The service manager will be responsible for leading the service on a day to day basis and should be able to deal with any issues that arise.

The Service Manager should be able to communicate with care professionals on all levels and possess first class leadership skills. Previous experience working in a similar setting is essential along with a sound knowledge of mental health conditions, challenging behaviour and autistic spectrum disorders. The service manager should have a strong understanding of CQC regulations and previous experience with CQC inspections.

To be considered for the service manager post you should be a registered nurse : RMN or RNLD and have previous experience working in a similar residential or hospital setting.
