HOSPITAL DIRECTOR : SOUTH LONDON : CIRCA 55K
Hospital Director Job based in South London. A specialist care provider that works in partnership with the NHS, local authorities and clinical commissioning groups is looking for a Hospital Director for its service based in South London. The rehab and treatment service caters for clients with mental health conditions, some with a forensic history, challenging behaviour and complex care needs.

The Hospital Director will be working very closely with the senior management team along with commissioning groups and specialist care professionals. The Hospital Director will be responsible for overseeing the management of the service and dealing with any day to day issues that may arise.

The Hospital Director should be able to communicate with care professionals on all levels and possess first class leadership skills. The ability to promote the service is a key element to the role and previous experience working in a similar setting is essential along with a sound knowledge of mental health conditions. The Hospital Director should have a strong understanding of CQC inspections and regulations.

To be considered for the Hospital Director post you should be a registered nurse : RMN or RNLD and have previous experience managing in a similar setting.
