1) Provide effective management of the recruitment, selection and induction process for all new employees, ensuring that the process focuses on individuals with high potential
2) Responsible for the design and implementation of innovative sourcing strategies (including networking, using social media, headhunting and building talent pools) to attract talented candidates and target ideal candidates from within the market place in a cost effective manner
3) Design and implement targeted campaign management solutions that provide cost effective resourcing services, effective management of budget and delivery of HR performance targets without compromising on service quality
4) Ensure that all recruitment, selection and induction activity ensures good understanding and demonstration of the company vision and values and provides a high level of candidate care

Candidate skills / qualifications

1) Strong experience gained as a HR Manager ESSENTIAL
2) Must be fully CIPD Qualified
