BUSINESS ANALYST - CHANGE&TRANSFORMATION
Oxfordshire - South East
Business Analyst, Change, Transformation, Stakeholder Management.
An experienced Business Analyst is required to join a Change and Transformation Team. You will take responsibility for eliciting, analysing and documenting requirements across the Companies medium to large projects.
You will work on multiple, interesting projects, with stakeholders from different business units and at all levels of seniority, in a fast paced and exciting environment.
Main responsibilities include:
*Inputting into project proposals including requirement definition and cost benefit analysis
*Investigating and documenting processes and systems
*Eliciting stakeholder requirements using techniques appropriate to each project and audience
*Analysing requirements for clarity, feasibility and consistency
*Managing formal agreement to scope, requirements and prioritisation
*Participating in vendor selection
*Managing changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle
The successful candidate will possess:
*A Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis and ideally hold or be working towards a Diploma in BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis
*Proven experience in stakeholder management
*Strong communication and listening skills, in order to elicit complex requirements
*Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and work with audiences of all levels from across the Company
*Demonstrated experience in applying the fundamentals of Business Analysis.
This is a 6 month contract initially.
