Investment Analyst : Renewable Energy

The Organisation:

The Green Recruitment Company represents a market leading Investment Manager within the Clean Energy sector, with a focus on the UK and Europe. Over the past 3 years they have invested more than GBP 200 million into a diverse range of Renewable Energy projects.

The Role:

The Role is for an Investment Analyst working alongside Senior Investment Associates and Partners, and would involve the following responsibilities:

* Transaction/Account Management

* * Financial analysis and modelling : Construct from scratch, operate and manage * * Qualitative and Quantitative research * * Financial Due Diligence * * Reviewing and assisting in the negotiation of commercial and investment legal documentation * * Preparation of marketing documents (company presentations, information memorandums)




Person Specification:

A successful candidate for this position would possess the following attributes:

* 1-3 years` experience
* Strong academics : 2:1 or above, strong A level results
* Strong analytical skills
* Financial modelling experience : Construct from scratch, operate and manage
* Renewable energy, Energy or private equity background preferred
* Experience in an investment professional environment : commercial lending, investment banking, private equity, audit and accountancy firm or legal firm preferred
* Excellent attention to detail with proactive, practical and commercial approach
* Highly organised, logical, with corporate experience
