Factory Finance Manager

Reed Finance are currently working with a long standing Manufacturing client based in Edinburgh. My client has a global reputation for being market leading and innovative. Constantly look for ways to grow this already well established organisation is looking for a Finance Manager with extensive Manufacturing based experience.

JOB:

- Lead site finance team to maximize performance and potential
- Sit within the Senior Management Team to ensure site delivers on organisational vision and strategy
- Provide guidance and advice to the SMT on the implications and importance of Financial information derived from period reporting pack and other financial data
- Constantly assess the effectiveness of the financial information produced
- Challenge the SMT and their teams to ensure effective use of resources
- Responsible for periodic Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Co-ordinate Capital Application Process, Forecasting and capitalising of assets
- Coach and develop direct reports within Finance team
- Manage site budget delivery from conception to sign off

- Extensive Manufacturing experience is essential
