Role
This innovative and exciting role is within a growing business in the logistics sector. The National Sales Director will be charged with managing an already successful sales team of 20+ Business Development Managers who sell logistic solutions to the end user market. Your duties will include; conducting training seminars, one to one sessions, creating personal development plans and obtaining and increasing a profitable revenue stream. You will also be required to recruit an additional 4 Business Development Managers over the course of 12 months who will also report to you directly

Candidate
The National Sales Director would have had a solid background in managing, leading and motivating a excelling sales team. It is not essential to have managed in the industry but you will need to be money driven, thrive on exceeding targets and be an ambassador to your chosen occupation. As a leader you will have the full responsibility of a management role including recruitment, training and disciplinary actions. It is key that you are commercially astute, approachable, confident and you also have the ability to inspire.

The Package
