Our Client is a global player in the world of international financial services. Established for over 20 years, with their head office in the UAE and additional offices in Asia and Europe, our client provides wealth management and an array of financial services products. As part of their expansion plans they are now seeking experienced Wealth Managers to join their team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
These positions represent truly outstanding and exciting opportunities with a leading player and the opportunity to start a new life in a safe vibrant city. The positions are permanent.
The successful candidates will sell a range of financial services, such as provision for savings plans, lump sum investments, life insurances and general counselling to potential clients, many of whom will be " high net worth" individuals.
You will be responsible for building relationships with existing and prospective clients, to provide independent financial advice.
You will determine clients' financial services needs and prepare proposals to provide services that address these needs.
You will contact prospective clients to present information and explain available services.
You will prepare forms or agreements to assist as intermediaries providing a range of solutions.
You will develop prospects from current commercial and potential clients, referral leads, or business from trade meetings.
You will review business trends to advise clients regarding expected fluctuations.
You will make presentations on financial services to groups to attract new clients.
You will attend networking events
You will achieve business targets with regards to appointment making and database management.
Finally you will report and meet with your Line Manager to review your performance.

Knowledge and Skills:
You will be an accomplished Wealth Manager or Independent Financial Advisor, ideally degree qualified or have a financial qualification i.e. RDR / QCF level 4.
You will be self-motivated, driven and at home in a target orientated environment.
You should have exceptional interpersonal, influencing and communication skills able to form lasting relationships with high net worth individuals.
In return, you will receive an excellent salary (OTE income £125,000 ) with guaranteed income for the first 3 months as well as the opportunity to progress your career, and thus your salary, with one of the most exciting offshore financial services companies in the world. Less qualified candidates with a strong sales background are invited to apply for an entry level role of Associate Wealth Manager.
