Global communications company seeks to appoint a Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee major deal client contract negotiation and the in-life commercial management team. The remit will be to ensure customer commitments are delivered and risk and governance are effectively managed to achieve or exceed expected financial metrics; to engage ahead of contract award to evaluate commercial risk and develop deal negotiation strategy and parameters to mitigate; to be involved with client negotiations to achieve profitable outcome at signature. Also to ensure the team are equipped to manage in life contracts to maximise profitability and mitigate risk.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a generous basic salary, bonus and benefits package.

Applications are invited from individuals that have held similar Commercial Contracts Director type positions within a Telecoms IT or System Integrator organisation and that have led contract negotiations on complex, high-value deals. To be considered you will have to a have a Law background.
