*Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 with an uncapped OTE £110,000 in your first year + other benefits.

The Role:
As a Business Development Director, you will be implement your existing experience of selling directly into the Hotel market, to sell Hotel IT Support to c-level decision makes. The role will be new business focused, so you'll need to be a hunter, leading on to more account management once you have built up the sales team. Sale cycles can last up to 2 years as they are annual contracts and retainers; a consultative service lead director will be preferred. You will You will be performing against a set target to make the most of the uncapped commission plan.

Experience Required:
The ideal Business Development Director will have experience in not only man management, but selling a service into the Hotel space. Alternatively, we will consider candidates who specialise in a form of service with a longer sales cycle. You will demonstrate great success in leading a team. You must be a consultative seller, with the ability to hunt for new business and maintain a relationship with each client. You must be experienced in dealing with longer sale cycles and have the ability to speak with c-level decision makers. At the start you will be reporting into the office a majority of the time, however overtime you will be out on the field 50% of the time. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve targets. You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence in a professional manor and have the persistence to exceed all set KPI's.

The Package:
The offered package for a Business Development Director is a base salary of £60,000 - £70,000; depending on your experience; with an uncapped OTE of £110,000 in your first year.
