The Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will be required to develop, manage and grow a team of six Senior Account Managers within the Enterprise Commercial Division. You will be responsible for profit and loss, team revenue target and ensuring all KPI's are met at all times. You will also be tasked with developing, mentoring the sales team to aid future progression possibilities for each staff member.

The Candidate:
We are looking for a successful office based Sales Manager that has a proven track record of excellent achievement. It is essential that you have a background in managing an Internal/ Senior Account Management teams at an enterprise corporate level. You will need to be a highly motivated individual, who is target driven and able to work at a high standard at all times. The individual will need to have impeccable communication skills to coerce and manage staff members, as well as being an inspirational leader to drive business revenues.

The Package:
As a Sales Manager you will receive a basic salary of £80,000-£85,000 plus a realistic OTE of £120,000, Pension and Healthcare and benefits!
