A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK`s leading providers of Care as a General Manager has arisen in one of their North London homes. This 50 bedded home provides nursing and residential care to elderly people and has an overall rating of GOOD with the CQC.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced people manager, who is passionate about delivering and maintaining high levels of care. As the Manager, you will need to be a dynamic and proactive individual, with an excellent ability to lead and manage the home on a day to day basis.

Skills/ Qualifications:
Previous experience of working with elderly people.
A positive attitude towards improving Standards of Care.
Possess good, strong leadership skills and works well as part of a team.
At least 2 years experience as a Home Manager within the care sector
RGN qualified
Knowledge of Quality and CQC standards
Marketing skills
Strong planning and organisational skills
Good communication skills
