Operations Manager (Elderly Care Services)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to lead a cluster of homes in the South of England.

We are keen to hear from candidates who have extensive experience as a successful home manager ready and eager to progress or someone who is already at a multi site management capacity.

Location: South England (ideally located South or Berkshire)

Salary: 60,000

Plus excellent benefits including company car and a generous bonus scheme

Services: Elderly Dementia Residential Care Homes

Summary of Requirements:

Previous experience managing staff within a care environment and ideally across multiple sites
Proven ability to turn around a care service
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations
Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
Ability to effectively manage budgets and maintain home(s) viability and the quality of its services
