Senior Private Banker – EMEA Location
EMEA - London
A Senior Private Banker to generate a minimum of $250m AUM is needed to extend our client’s continuing growth and access to a wide range of markets. The initial hire can cover one of several markets listed below and be located in various locations across the EMEA region. Applications treated in strict confidence.
Our client is a well-respected private bank. There is a strong focus on growth and service to clients across EMEA and they are looking to expand and continue to offer HNWIs and UHNWIs access to quality products and services through the private bankers.

UK
Western Europe
Russia/EE
Turkey
Middle East
NRI
Africa (French or English speaking)
Latin America
UHNWI ($50m+) – EMEA
Products and Services include:
Investment Management (Discretionary portfolio management & Advisory)
Credit/Lending
Investment Counselling
Wealth Planning
Global Custody
Research
Candidate Requirements include:
Experienced Relationship Manager/Private Banker
Excellent penetration in their client market, wherever located
Proven personal development of clients
Client relationships must be strong enough for you to build a profitable desk within a year
A “hunter”
Position held long-term in recent organisation
RDR Compliant where appropriate
Targets are subject to the client market; a guide is:
Client prospects to be self-generated (a ready book will not be given by the client)
First 6 months to bring at least €25m AUM, probably €50m
To generate significant initial AUM and over $250m within 3 years.
