The Profile:
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our client in Peterborough as an E-Commerce Manager; leading the social recruiting agenda for the business and improving the firm’s digital footprint across multiple high profile brands. This new high profile role is initially offered as a fixed-term contract (12 months) and the incumbent will play a key role within the group serving as the knowledge expert for social recruiting and developing and delivering a comprehensive social strategy.
The Duties:
•Will lead, design and implement social recruiting tactics across the established recruitment teams.
•Working with multiple stakeholders and colleagues at different sites and with different recruitment challenges to devise a strategy that empowers
•Keeping informed on current events and trends in the social recruiting space and using analytical insight to extract meaningful information on our current recruitment activity.
•You will play a key role in managing the delivery of the Employer Brand Marketing Campaign and you will be the champion of excellent candidate experience across the digital estate.
The Person:
•Good technology awareness
•Substantial digital marketing experience
•Experience of using web analytic tools
•Experience of online candidate/customer acquisition and the role of SEO
•Ability to work independently
•Excellent written and communication skills and ability to present at all levels
•Background of delivering change
•Strong relationship builder
•Great project management skills
•Ability to work on many diverse projects simultaneously
•Proven ability to achieve through others not in direct line management
•A strong peer group team player
