Lead .Net Developer

Are you an entrepreneurial, creative thinker looking to lead a team and contribute directly toward the growth of an exciting young business?

Our client, an ambitious, expanding, full service web design and development agency is looking to recruit a Lead Developer to join their expanding and successful team in the Thames Valley following 4 years of exponential growth.
You will be a highly consultative Developer with demonstrable experience of .Net programming throughout the software development lifecycle. As the Lead Developer, you will utilise your outstanding communication skills to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and be responsible for the creation and delivery of enterprise scale .Net based Web projects. The Lead Developer will be managing both the UK and offshore teams; therefore this will include regular international travel.
• Experience in .Net (C# or VB.Net) programming and involvement in large scale development projects are essential.
• You will have at least 5 years’ experience as a Developer or programmer and ideally some leadership experience.
• Any experience of enterprise web content management systems would be advantageous.
• Flexibility to travel abroad regularly is also required for this role.
