Our client, an independent, full service web design and development agency specialising in Content Management Driven websites is looking to recruit a New Business Sales Executive to join their small and successful team in Maidenhead following 3 years of exponential growth. As part of a dynamic, start-up style of environment, this role would best suit an entrepreneurial, ambitious professional who is keen to use their initiative and creative thinking and hungry for success and rapid growth.
The New Business Sales Executive will hold responsibilities for managing the sales cycle from prospecting through to board level negotiation. You will be working within a consultative solution sales capacity, identifying and meeting with clients on a regular basis to establish their objectives and needs whilst influencing their decision‐making process. You will increase the market share by supporting sales and marketing programs and other customer requirements to grow revenue and strengthen relationships.
The successful candidate will hold a demonstrable track record of achieving on or above target performance within a new business direct sales role, ideally within the technology or digital marketing services sector. You must also hold the ability to build good relationships within a consultative sales environment. All applicants must be prepared to travel throughout the UK as required and reside within reasonable access to the Maidenhead office.
