Risk Consultant
UK Wide - Home Based
Our client, who offers a wide range of award winning innovative and versatile services and products including marketing services, interactive solutions, analytics and credit referencing, are seeking a Risk Consultant to work within their expanding Consultancy & Analytics team.
The purpose of the role is to provide detailed knowledge and consultancy services for a portfolio of clients, primarily comprises of mature lenders. The Solutions/Risk Consultant will be overseeing the delivery of data solutions, credit checking, affordability data and solution implementation. They will be responsible for Credit Risk model design, analysis and strategy. In addition the Risk Consultant will be required to perform the following tasks:
• Developing relationships with a growing network of contacts
• Provide subject matter expertise to other internal teams and support the development of client relationships
• Support the delivery of solutions into client business processes
• Co-ordinate the delivery of projects and deliver against revenue targets
• Support bespoke product development
• Develop new propositions and provide support to industry activity.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and consultative analyst, who understands Credit Risk Strategies and Models with sector experience in Retail Banks, Loans, Credit Cards, Mortgages, Retail Credit, Home Shopping or Sub Prime & Auto Lending. In addition, the candidate needs to be confident and strategic when dealing with clients along with the ability to work independently and manage their own workload.
