My client is a successful start-up in a financially stable position, based in Berlin. They are searching for an experienced product manager to help transform a department and work on a product that is used daily by: Coca Cola, Sony, Unilever, Adidas, Sony and many more. The salary package for this position varies between: EUR100,000-150,000 + significant stock options.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 6 (initially) product managers and report directly to CEO
- Define and develop product road-map based on market requirements
- Translate product strategy into requirements and work with developers and engineering
- Work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions through multiple releases
- Help grow the department and maintain professional yet, dynamic approach
Main requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Product Manager
- Excellent leadership experience and proven track record in leading teams
- Cloud and SaaS solutions experience
- Strong communication skills (English)
- Motivated and passionate about working in a start-up environment
