Reinsurance Business Analyst

Specialist Insurance solutions provider is looking for a Business Analyst to join their London (City) office. The key purpose of the role is to take ownership of Reinsurance business requirements and issues, in the overall context of the processes of a relevant insurance organization or market, specializing in the Lloyd’s, London Market, and global operations, of large commercial insurers. In addition, the successful candidate will be able to: understand, investigate, develop and improves business processes and facilitate the alignment of the company’s product set with these; Understand and assist clients to formulate and express business objectives and their relation to any strategic goals; Consider and propose solutions whether in terms of overall product architecture, enhancements, configuration, new or improved processes, or better use of existing facilities; Present, document, and discuss solutions in a knowledgeable, credible and convincing manner to all levels of seniority, externally and internally; Encourage, mentor and educate others, and is able to manage actual or virtual teams in a wide range of activities including workshops, studies, and project work strands with little or no supervision. You will also have the flexibility to deploy skills at any stage of the business lifecycle, for example in product development, pre-sales, implementation, support and training.
