Our client is an exciting new company who enhance sales through managed systems, and they are looking for a Senior Java Developer. The role is based in Bristol and is offering £50,000 - £60-000 + Benefits.

As a Senior Java developer you will be responsible for -

* Helping progress changes both in process and technologies used within the team, and potentially across the company
* Being a design advisor, and contributing to the ongoing non-functional improvements;
* All stages of the development life-cycle;
* Working as a key Developer in a small highly skilled agile development team.

For this role you need to possess the following:

* 5+ years of Java with some solid backend experience
* Experience with PHP, Python or Ruby is desirable
* Experience with JavaScript - JQuery and dealing with large codebases is desirable
* A background in online retail, online banking, high volume or national media would be desirable
