One of the USA's leading management and development training providers is expanding due to their record year of 2012 and strong start to 2013. Due to their continued success and growth strategy they are looking to add a senior BDM to their team targeting FTSE 500 companies and privately owned business with over 5,000 employees across London and South East region.


The Role:
As a business development manager your primary responsibility will be to deliver new business revenue selling their leading range of services in to the FTSE 500 and large corporate company's market places. Working for a market leader you will have all the tools you need to demonstrate to your clients a significant ROI, as well as case studies and referrals from some of the biggest success stories a training provider can demonstrate that are based on the company changing the way their leadership strategy works across the business for all teams. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for developing relationships with heads of HR, HR directors, heads of talent and heads of learning and development through both traditional sales techniques such as cold calling through to networking and events in the HR world.

The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful business development manager from within the HR and human capital management space that can demonstrate a successful track record of winning new business within the FTSE 500 market place for a sustained period of time. Any exposure leadership training or other solutions where you have to build a relationship with HR whilst showing them they need to change the way in which they work and operate in order to change the culture of business in order to maximise the ROI that this solution can offer is essential. Their approach is based on "The Challenger Sale" methodology as such whilst you need to be relationship focused you will also that has the ability to challenge and influence your prospects and have them visualise what their business would look like once they have implemented the offering.


The Package:
For the right individual you will be eligible for a competitive basic salary in the region of £50,000 - £60,000 plus a car allowance of £6,000 per year as well as an uncapped commission structure with an ote of £100,000 which is uncapped with an accelerator, additionally you maintain earning revenue from any of the clients you bring on board so in years 2 and 3 you can earn substantial money with the top earner currently earning in excess of £250,000. You will also have the benefit of working for a very secure and stable organisation that provide superb working conditions and training as well as an aggressive growth strategy for the UK region which will open up careers opportunities for the right individual.
